This is my break down of a DIY low carb “keto” meal plan based loosely on Optavia/Medifast’s 5&1 diet. Honestly the “fuelings” are EXPENSIVE so I figured I would do one better.
“Fuelings”:
1. Quiche Muffin
2. Pork Skins
3. Loaded Mashed Cauliflower
4. Low Carb GF Organic Brownies (extra dark)
5. Pickle Wraps
Lean/Green:
Seafood OR Chicken Breast OR Lean Beef
Roasted Broccoli or Asparagus or Zucchini Medley
ANY IDEAS for lean/green meal recipes appreciated.
I just meal prepped fuelings 1-5 after driving 3 hours, working 8 hours, and grocery shopping. I still managed to do some college work and browse social media. You can find the time. Trust me I’m a procrastinator, granted I may not have scrubs to wear tomorrow but eh.
You should eat every two hours. Ideally no food after 7PM so that would put you starting around 8AM.

Also, everything together is under 800 calories. Under 20 carbs. 60+ grams of PROTEIN.
