Keto 5&1 Optavia Medifast DIY 800 calorie Diet Plan

  This is my break down of a DIY low carb “keto” meal plan based loosely on Optavia/Medifast’s 5&1 diet.  Honestly the “fuelings” are EXPENSIVE so I figured I would do one better. “Fuelings”: 1. Quiche Muffin 2. Pork Skins 3. Loaded Mashed Cauliflower 4. Low Carb GF Organic Brownies (extra dark) 5. Pickle Wraps Lean/Green: Seafood OR Chicken Breast OR Lean Beef Roasted Broccoli or Asparagus or Zucchini Medley ANY IDEAS for lean/green meal recipes appreciated. I just meal prepped fuelings 1-5 after driving 3 hours, working 8 hours, and grocery shopping. I still managed to do some college work and browse social media. You can find the time.
